Every plan includes free access to FreeAgent, the UK's #1 bookkeeping software, worth £396/year on its own. You can track income, expenses, send invoices, manage VAT, and stay compliant with Making Tax Digital, all in one place.
2Can I switch plans later?
Yes, easily. Your dedicated accountant will recommend the right plan for your business as it grows or changes. We'll pro-rate any difference, and there are no penalty fees for upgrading or downgrading.
3Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Confirmation Statement filings (£50) are the only line item not included by default. We'll always tell you upfront if a one-off optional service has a fee. No surprise year-end bills, ever
4Do I need to commit to a contract?
No long contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your business each month with great service than tie you in
5What if my turnover changes during the year?
Most of our plans are based on the type of work you do, not turnover. If your business grows significantly and needs more support, we'll have a chat with you about the right plan. You'll never get hit with a sudden price hike mid-year.
6How quickly can I get started?
From the moment you fill in our form, our sales team will be in touch within an hour (Mon to Fri, 9am to 7pm). Once you're signed up, your dedicated accountant gets in touch within 1 to 2 working days to onboard you. Most clients are fully set up within a week
